Hours spent re-writing the same role details across a job ad, candidate pack and internal brief, for every assignment.
An AI assistant for executive and senior recruiters who run lean. ERI turns client briefings, CVs and interviews into job descriptions, candidate profiles and shortlist reports in your own branded templates, and keeps every client, contract and fee in order. You stay in control.
Other tools find candidates. ERI handles everything around them.
Briefings in. Client-ready documents out. Every fee tracked.A new client needs an engagement letter. A briefing becomes a job description, a candidate briefing and an internal brief. Every shortlisted candidate needs a profile, every shortlist a report, and every instalment has to be invoiced and chased.
For a sole operator or a small boutique firm, that paperwork competes directly with time spent with clients and candidates. Generic AI chat tools help a little, but they don't know the role, don't use your templates, fill gaps with guesses, and send client and candidate data wherever you paste it.
Hours spent re-writing the same role details across a job ad, candidate pack and internal brief, for every assignment.
Comparing candidates fairly across interviews when notes are scattered and questions weren't consistent.
Producing polished, branded shortlist reports that look like a large firm's, without a large firm's support team.
Re-typing the same engagement letter for every client, and keeping track of which instalments are due, invoiced and paid.
Set up the client and agree the fee: retained or contingent, a percentage or fixed fee, and when each instalment falls due. ERI fills in your own engagement letter, ready to sign.
Save the meeting transcript, your notes or the client's position description. ERI finds the role details and flags what the briefing didn't cover.
Check and lock the role details, then edit and approve the job description, candidate briefing and role context in your templates.
Drop in CVs, interview, upload the transcripts and score each answer yourself.
Generate candidate profiles and the shortlist report in your own branded Word templates.
Instalments fall due as the assignment moves forward: contract signed, client interview, offer, placement. Record invoices, mark them paid, see revenue across every role, and export to Xero.
Five lanes on one page: engage the client, turn the briefing into documents, assess candidates, present the shortlist, and get paid. What comes in, what ERI prepares, what you decide, and what goes out.
These are real ERI documents and screens, produced for an example firm. Every firm, client, candidate and figure in them is invented.
Save the client transcript, your notes, or the position description, or all three together. ERI finds the role details and shows you what the briefing didn't cover, so you know exactly what to ask the client. It never fills those gaps itself.
From there it drafts a job description for advertising, a candidate briefing, and an internal company and role context brief, all in your branded Word templates. Every draft can be edited, compared with earlier versions, and approved before anything moves forward.
CVs dropped into a role's folder are read against the role's must-haves, showing where the CV provides evidence and what it doesn't address. CVs are deliberately not scored: what's absent is a question to ask, not a mark against the candidate.
Each candidate has one page: their current role, stage in the assignment, CV and cover letter, and a suggested next step. You move every candidate through the stages yourself: screened, shortlisted, client interview, testing, offer, placed. Practical facts (salary, notice, availability) are recorded by you, not inferred from the CV.
A question bank and a role-specific question set so every interview is consistent. Upload your interview transcript and ERI lays out what the candidate said against each question. You score every answer out of 10, with your own notes.
A scorecard dashboard compares candidates side by side, question by question. Psychometric reports, such as an SHL OPQ leadership profile, can be added and their findings written into the candidate's profile. Client feedback is recorded after client interviews.
A candidate profile for each shortlisted candidate, drafted from the CV, your notes, and any testing results, in your branded Word template, with the candidate's photo.
A shortlist report that combines the profiles you've approved, opens with your own summary and recommendations, and carries a branded cover page. It is your report, in your voice: ERI prepares the materials; you write the narrative that goes to the client.
Every client has one page: contacts, the roles you've run for them, your usual fee terms, notes and follow-up reminders.
Set each role's fee terms: retained or contingent, a percentage or a fixed fee, and instalments that fall due when the contract is signed, at client interview, offer or placement, or on a date. ERI shows what's due now, what's invoiced and what's been paid, and exports to Xero. It records your invoices; you still issue them from your accounting system.
Generate the client engagement letter from your own Word contract, filled in with the client's details, the fee terms and your firm's ABN. No AI writes or changes your contract wording. Have your lawyer approve the template once, and every contract after it is consistent.
ERI fills your firm's own Word templates. The same candidate profile, produced for two example firms, carries each firm's logo, colours and type. ERI's branding appears only in the app.
ERI doesn't make hiring decisions, rank candidates, send anything to a client, or issue invoices. It prepares documents and lays out evidence. Every decision (who to shortlist, how to score an interview, what to say in a report, what to bill) stays with you.
This is deliberate. The recruiter's judgement is the product. ERI's job is to remove the paperwork around it.
Every document is edited and approved by you before it goes anywhere.
If the source material doesn't say it, ERI marks it as not found and asks you to fill it in.
You can read every request sent to the AI provider, and what it cost, directly in the app.
Documents are kept free of comments on age, gender, ethnicity, health, and other personal characteristics.
Engagement letters are filled in from your own template. AI never writes or edits them.
ERI runs on your own Windows computer, opened in your web browser. It is not a cloud service that holds your firm's data. Client and candidate files stay in your own folders, for example OneDrive synced to your computer. ERI reads and writes those folders directly.
The only thing that leaves your computer is the AI request itself, sent to Anthropic's Claude, and every one is logged for you to inspect.
ERI also learns from your past work. CVs, outcomes and client feedback are kept in a private knowledge store on your computer, and the relevant pieces are given to the AI as context for new assignments. You can see which past material was used.
Opened in your browser, with no cloud service holding your data.
Client and candidate files live in OneDrive or wherever you already work.
Read every request sent to the AI provider, with its cost, in the app.
No connection to SEEK, LinkedIn, JobAdder or Xero. Hand-offs are by hand or by file export.
Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST.
No. ERI isn't a sourcing or AI-search tool. You find the candidates; ERI handles the documents, the assessment records, the contract and the fees around them.
No. It drafts documents and lays out evidence. You score every interview answer, move every candidate through the pipeline, and approve everything before it reaches a client. ERI does not score CVs or rank candidates.
For a lean firm it covers clients, roles, candidates, fees and contracts. It doesn't post job ads or send emails for you, and it has no live link to JobAdder or similar today.
No. It shows what's due, records the invoices you issue, and exports them to Xero.
Yes, your own Word engagement letter. Or start from ERI's standard one and have your lawyer review it.
On your computer and in your own folders, for example OneDrive. Only the AI requests are sent out, to Anthropic's Claude, and you can read every one in the app.
Yes. ERI fills your firm's own Word templates. Your branding, your layout, your look.
ERI marks it as not found and shows you the gap, rather than guessing. You know exactly what to go back and ask the client.
A Windows computer, Microsoft Word, and an Anthropic (Claude) API account for the AI.
Each update is checked against a copy of your data before it's switched on. If anything fails, your current version stays as it was.
